Our client located in Decatur, GA is looking for a Temporary Sourcing Specialist to join their team!
6 Month Temp
Pay: $22/hr
In office, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
This individual will utilize creative sourcing strategies, build and maintain talent pipelines, and collaborate closely with the recruitment team to support the achievement of hiring goals. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, results-driven, and possess excellent research and outreach skills to engage with potential candidates across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and engage with high-quality candidates for a wide range of roles within the organization.
- Leverage creative sourcing techniques and tools, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Conduct targeted outreach to passive candidates, effectively communicating job opportunities and the benefits of working with the company.
- Screen and evaluate candidates for cultural fit, skills, and experience based on job requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring goals by providing regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipeline status.
- Stay current with industry trends and sourcing best practices to continuously improve candidate engagement and recruitment outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
- Strong ability to research, identify, and engage with passive candidates across a variety of platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple sourcing initiatives simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to meeting or exceeding sourcing goals.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to overall recruitment success.
